REFUND POLICY

All registration fees for the 2026 International General Assembly are subject to the policies outlined at the time of registration. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing through the official event website or designated contact channels and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

Refunds, if approved, may not be issued until after the completion of the 2026 International General Assembly. Processing times may vary depending on the original method of payment and administrative requirements.

 

Certain fees, including but not limited to processing fees, service charges, and third-party costs, may be non-refundable. The Church of God International Offices is not responsible for refunds related to travel, airfare, or other third-party expenses.

 

Hotel reservations and related refunds are handled directly by the respective hotels where reservations were made and are subject to each hotel’s individual cancellation and refund policies. The Church of God International Offices does not issue hotel refunds and cannot modify hotel-specific terms.

 

The Church of God International Offices reserves the right to modify refund eligibility, deadlines, or procedures as necessary in connection with event operations.
